Available in an oral paste or 2 readily soluble powder formulas. Administer one of the following as soon after birth as possible: 1-30 cc tube; 1-100 gm packet mixed with 1 qt. warm water, colostrum, milk or milk replacer; or 1-300 gm packet mixed with 1-2 qts. warm water. 300 gm packet is a complete feeding, and it is recommended that no other milk or milk replacer be used at the same time.
