The DM11F has a “diaphragm" (liner) in it, and will withstand more types of medications and chemicals, including chlorine and hydrogen peroxide . The outside shell is tougher and, with the diaphragm, better protects the “inner workings” from the corrosive type of product. The outside shell is polypropylene and stands up to more abuse.   This is the preferred medicator for larger hog units, especially if they are running “cleaners” through their lines on a regular basis.
